Description
been waiting for ages to name a drawing like this
More appropriately would be "winter is here", but I just like that quote so much AND: I don`t consider any season winter until I see snow.
And yes, artblock has lifted a bit it seems XD
Lines done traditionally, everything else is digital

"Whooooooa ..." Evy`s quiet voice echoed through the silent mountains around DNS. The mare lifted her head and broke from canter to a steady walk.
"Good girl." Evy petted the mare, looking back at a small jump they`ve just successfully passed. She felt some sweat on the mare`s neck, and she could hear her breathing hard. "I`d say we have enough for today, eh? Can`t risk us both catching a cold in this chilly weather." Calling the recent weather chilly was a huge understatement. It was late autumn at DNS, all the trees lost their leaves, mornings were foggy and the temperatures failed to exceed 5 degrees during the days, which were mostly cloudy. And even though the outside arena was perfectly dry, riding outside was nowhere near fun unless you were wearing 5 layers of clothes, thick gloves, a scarf and a cap.
Evy pushed the mare into a slow trot to stretch her legs before going back inside, letting the reins go and allowing the mare to extend and relax her neck. They made a few circles when something flew into Evy`s face. Something small, sharp and cold. She stopped the mare completely, and looked up to the sky. And there they were ... tiny white dots of frozen water, falling gently from the grey clouds above. "Well ... I guess winter`s here." Siren was looking up and around, confused by the snowflakes. It was a long time since she`d last seen them.
